Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Our MS365 support specialist assist with production and project support for one of our large clients. The ideal candidate will support business units or support functions for customer M365 environment including Exchange, SharePoint, intelligent collaboration . They will work in a collaborative onshore and offshore team.
WHAT YOU’ WILL DO:
- Administration and Management:
- Create and manage user accounts and groups, assign licenses and permissions.
- Set up and manage mailboxes in Exchange Online.
- Implement and manage security and compliance policies.
- Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor the performance and availability of Microsoft 365 services.
- Automation and Optimization:
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Support and Training:
- Provide support to users and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365.
- Document procedures and user guides.
- Integration and Development:
- Integrate Microsoft 365 with other business apps and services.
- Participate in Microsoft 365 service deployment and migration projects.
