Reporting to the Senior M3CE Support Analyst, this role will provide first level support across our M3CE platform and external applications for our end users.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience in an IT support role preferably with exposure to ERP systems
Basic understanding of ERP systems and cloud-based applications
Intermediate Microsoft office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong communication and influencing skills. In particular, through problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
Prepared to own a process and accept accountability for performance.
Decisive, with the ability to make sound decisions, based on experience and good judgement.
A pragmatic person, capable of interacting successfully at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

User Support: Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues. Provide guidance to users on system functionalities, features and best practices.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues through research and collaboration, internal and external. Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs and other support documentation to help users navigate the system. Design and conduct basic training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to enhance user competency.
Continuous Improvement: Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on new features, updates, and industry best practices related to M3CE and IT support.
