YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Machine Learning Developer, your role is crucial in our growth story. You will be responsible for:

• Machine Learning and machine-related projects: Design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that meet our clients’ needs and contribute to the success of our projects.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Form a dream team with your colleagues to ensure the seamless integration of client requirements into software projects.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

• A proven background in ML-related topics. You have led your own projects or have been a key stakeholder in previous ones. You are considered an independent senior with at least four years of experience in relevant positions.
• Ability to embrace raw data and develop data modeling pipelines using Python or C++. You will be selecting optimal feature vectors for models.
• Experience working with simulation-based C/C++ code generation.
• Provide technical guidance in various aspects of data science and engineering, including hypothesis testing, analysis, modeling, and production deployment.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Caffe2, TensorFlow, etc.
• Prior history with industrial data-driven AI/machine learning projects.
• Strong working understanding of data engineering, statistical analytics, and machine learning concepts.
• Good understanding of image/video and audio/sound processing, sensor fusion, and familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts and commonly used methods such as CNN, RNN, etc.
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English.
