The Geometric ML group within the Machine Learning for Drug Design department of gCS/gRED seeks outstanding researchers who have a validated research background in computational and machine learning methods for biology, a passion for research and technical problem-solving, and a shown ability to implement ideas and apply methods.
The group provides a dynamic and challenging environment for ground breaking research. Our mission is to develop and apply physics-based and machine learning methods in designing novel macromolecules. Researchers in this role will develop, lead, and apply computational approaches for large molecule property prediction and generative design.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting, applying, and advancing the next generation of large molecule computational models for drug discovery. We seek an individual who has a consistent record of delivering innovative solutions in machine learning and protein design. Your responsibilities will include data preparation and cleaning, deploying both internal and external discriminative and generative models, and closely collaborating and presenting with colleagues in pRED’s and gRED’s antibody engineering department.
