QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following:

• A proven background in ML-related topics. You have already had your own projects, or you have been one of the key stakeholders in previous ones. You must be considered an independent senior with at least four years of experience in relevant positions.
• Embrace raw data and develop data modeling pipelines using Python or C++. You will be selecting optimal feature vectors for models.
• You work with simulation-based C/C++ code generation
• Provide technical guidance in a number of aspects of data science and engineering, including hypothesis testing, analysis, modeling, and production deployment.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Caffe2, TensorFlow etc
• Prior history with industrial data-driven/AI/Machine learning projects
• You have a strong working understanding of data engineering, statistical analytics, and machine learning concepts
• Good understanding of image/video, audio/sound processing, sensor fusion, and familiarity with AI/ML basic concepts and commonly used methods such as CNN, RNN, etc.
• Fluent language skills in German and English.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Machine Learning expert, your role is crucial in our expansion story. You will be responsible for:

• Machine Learning and Machine-related projects: you design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that meet our clients’ needs and contribute to the success of our projects.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Form a dream team with Finnish colleagues to ensure the seamless integration of client requirements into software projects.
