Change & Solutions is the team within BNP Americas in charge of facilitating the Transformation of the BNPP Platform. Strongly connected to our internal clients, we strive in providing comprehensive support to their transformative journey, from the initial consultation to the final execution.
The Analytics Lab Canada is the center of excellence in AI/Machine Learning for Change & Solutions. Located ideally in downtown Montreal, the heart of a thriving ecosystem of startups, world-class academic institutions, and talented workforce, we work closely with our internal clients to provide innovative and tailor-made AI solutions to improve their operations and reduce their risks.
The Lab is also proudly part of Analytics Consulting, a global team of international experts that builds AI solutions for CIB. Beyond the presence in Americas, you will have the chance to collaborate and participate in projects with people from Paris, Lisbon, London, and Warsaw.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to join our dream team ! We offer excellent development prospects and the ability to develop your skills to the highest level in our team.
THE STRENGTHS AND SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
3+ years programming (Python) for data science project development
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, database manipulation (SQL), statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Experience in developing and working on real-world machine learning projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Very strong work ethic and ability to deal with confidential information.
Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of English and French is required.
Nice-to-have Qualifications :
Experience in deploying models to production.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins, …) and MLOps (MLFlow).
Experience with containerization techniques (Docker & Kubernetes).
Experience with mentoring junior team members.
