Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator on our sub-assembly line, where you’ll be responsible for operating machinery to cut and bend pipes for air conditioner manufacturing. Reporting to the Sub-Assembly Line Foreman, this busy, hands-on role includes the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate large and small cutters, Carson bend, and CNC machines for bending
  • Brase and fabricate sub assembled components when cover is required
  • Follow job sheets and engineering drawings
  • Demonstrate and adhere to safe work practices
  • Inspect components for quality assurance before delivery to the next department
  • Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed

Qualifications

You will have experience and skillsets in the following:

  • Experience with machines for pipe work, cutting, and bending
  • Ability to understand drawings specifying pipe length and diameter
  • Computer literacy for programming machines
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and dimensions
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices
  • Good team player with reliable attendance
