We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for ensuring high-quality production standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is truly passionate about a machinery and is eager to learn and grow within our organisation. To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator within a similar role preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to detect and resolve issues promptly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical problems.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed
