Flowserve is looking for the Machine Operator who will be responsible for carrying out all common activities in the sawmill with the aim of supplying the production departments (PMC, Seals and Services) correctly and timely with the required production materials and achieving the correct stock.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MBO-2 working and practical level.
• Forklift and crane certificate.
• Experience with pre-processing materials using both CNC controlled and conventional (band) sawing machines and (pre-)drilling machines.
• Knowledge of machining techniques and machining methods.
• Technical drawings knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Dutch and English language.

• Assisting in unloading the incoming goods and check whether the correct products have been delivered.
• Processing this in our ERP system and placing the materials in our warehouse with the forklift or lifting equipment.
• Based on a work order, picking the right materials from the warehouse and placing them in the CNC-controlled machine.
• Programming the correct program and control the sawing and drilling machines.
• Preparing products that are ready for shipment, checking all products.
