THE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Setting up, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards
• Production activities associated within the rostered position with reasonable requests for overtime when required
• Cleaning equipment and surrounding work areas
• Other duties as directed within the skills and experience of the successful applicantThe ability to manual handle up to 20kg

• A strong commitment to safe working practices
• A working knowledge of production and systems
• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week 2pm - 10pm
• Demonstrated ability to operate various pieces of equipment in a plant
• A proven history of following work instructions, procedures and policies
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
• A strong commitment and demonstrated ability to meet quality and food safety standards
• The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision as well as work effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrate the ability to take on leadership tasks
• High levels of punctuality and attendance
• Able to complete a full medical and mechanical aptitude testing upon reques
