Temporary to hire opportunity to work for a well established manufacturing company in North Houston. We are looking to add Machine operator to their team. They produce retention liners that are used in oil & gas industry. Will operate large machines that work with large rolls of plastic and mesh to bind together to make their product. Must be mechanically inclined, have previous experience running machinery.
These positions work 12 hour rotating shifts that rotate every 4 weeks to the opposite shift. Example: Start on 7am to 7pm shift; 4 weeks later move to the 7pm to 7am shift. Both of these include some weekends and holidays. Typically week is 3 days or nights/ then next week 4 days or nights. Must have steel toed shoes.
Pay $16/hr while temporary. If converts to full time, pay is $18/hr
Hours - rotating 12 hour shifts (days and nights are mandatory as well as some weekends and holidays
