Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Veolia ANZ is looking for a Machine Operator to join the team in Spreyton 7310 on a permanent full-time basis. In this role you will be operating a range of machinery within the Recycling Facility including front end loader, forklifts, telehandler, product balers and other equipment to achieve operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate plant and equipment within the Recycling Facility to achieve operational outcomes
- Operate front end loaders, telehandler and forklifts
- Provide a range of support services to assist in the operation of the business unit
- Promote and continuously apply personal safety, environmental and quality awareness in the workplace
- Check daily instructions and prioritise accordingly to complete work tasks in accordance with required deadlines
- Help ensure that all machinery is maintained in required condition, fuelled, parked and inspected at the end of each shift
