Description:

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

  • CNC Mill / Lathe: 5 years (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Working with our associates to ensure machines are set up and running
  • Work with our programmers to develop process for machining parts
  • Work with our efficiency supervisor to maximize through put
  • Work with Scheduling to prioritize jobs
  • Work with Maintenance to ensure PM is done.
  • Must have a firm understanding of machining principles and CNC equipment
  • Machines we use are, CNC mills, horizontal boring mills with pallet pool, dual spindle lathes, some with live tooling, bar feeders and robotics
  • Trouble shooting production issues as needed
  • Delegate task and work to associates
  • Know how to check dimensions with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges.
  • Read blueprints and use measuring instruments as required
  • Scan and log activities such as dimensions, quantities complete etc
  • Must have good communication and good math skills
  • Must have excellent attendances and punctuality
  • Rate is negotiable based on ability.
