SKILLS NEEDED

Data Entry and Basic Computer Skills, Situation Evaluation and Analysis, Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs

You will be responsible for delivering performance through processes and machinery, ensuring safe and cost effective practices are adopted. You will also share your specialist knowledge with others to continuously improve efficiencies.

• Operate Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) Machinery and Multihead weighers, and as such experience in operation of these would be an advantage but full training will be given to the successful candidate if need be.
• Report to the Production Shift and Team Leaders and be required to manage a small group of staff , taking responsibility for all relevant production paperwork along with packed product quality
• Hold an organized approach to work and a desire to succeed in a busy production environment is essential
