Job Description
1. Design and develop machinery movement plans for production lines, installation of new lines and removals according to the approved layout and aligned with the plant’s Site Concept, ensuring compliance with establish end timelines and 100% operation in a timely manner.
2. Plan and meet the design, installation, modification and removal needs of Nodes requested by clients based on notifications, layout and new projects aligned with the regulations, procedures and standards of BD, HSE, FCM or other applicable department.
3. Manage and execute the SAP notifications/tickets and work orders required by production lines, workshops and laboratories for total customer satisfaction through the contractor supplier or technical personnel.
4. Perform the calculation, documentation and design of the electrical, mechanical and audiovisual installations for the operation of the production lines that are under a machinery movement project, ensuring that it complies with current regulations and internal processes.
5.Prepare, update and deliver in a timely manner the scopes and catalogues of the services and projects under the irresponsibility, as well as the monitoring of Shopping Cart and PO emissions.
6. Authorize permits for hazardous work in conjunction with the HSE department, ensuring that the necessary safety requirements are met to carry out high-risk work with qualified personnel, tools, PPE, ensuring that incidents/accidents to personnel, the environment and facilities are avoided.
7. Ensure the delivery and release of all line installations carried out such as electrical plans, mechanical plans,single-line diagrams/blueprints, labels, directories and identifiers on the electrical panel floor and/or everything applicable considering the modifications made to production lines to have the information at the latest change level.
8. Knowledge and participation with the Energy Management System - ISO 50001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001
9. C-TPAT and OEA: Comply with the standards established in the certification
10. Know and ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO9001 and IATF16949according to the process in which it is performed within the organization.
11. Design and execute preventive maintenance plans for the structured cabling system through management with the designated supplier. Execute corrective maintenance activities with safety, efficiency and a sense of urgency, ensuring the implementation of action plans to avoid their recurrence.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in engineering with specialist on mechanical, electrical, mechanical & electrical, mechanical administrator
Knowledge and experience in electrical, mechanical systems / Project Management
English level B
