We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience with equipment operation experience in food prep.
  • Able to operate measuring instruments, such as weight scale and thermometer.
  • Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius.
  • Able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (23 kgs).
  • Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders; repetitive use of hands.
  • Extremely proficient at multitasking
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Punctual attendance is essential.
  • Willing to work afternoon, evenings and weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ingredients are made available to the operators as per the Machining schedule
  • Ensure the machining station set ups are being completed for safe and efficient production of the required ingredients
  • Ensure each station is always stocked with the ingredients and supplies for portioning
  • Help the operators to initiate quick changeovers of ingredients to be portioned
  • Communicate with the Leads to understand what is required to be done as per the Machinist Schedule each day.
  • Help and support the Supervisor and Leads in requesting ingredients and top up orders.
  • Ensure machine and station set ups are being adhered to as per Standard set up and safety procedures.
  • Help maintain overall organization of the machining areas throughout the day and without fail by end of day
  • Follow up on corrective actions identified by the Supervisor, the Leads or by the Quality Assurance Team
