Description:

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Macpac brand to life. You’ll create high-quality marketing assets across print, digital, and retail touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and impact. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you’ll help craft visually compelling designs that enhance brand awareness and engage our customers.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives on executing creative projects efficiently while maintaining high standards. While the role offers opportunities to contribute to various projects, the focus is on delivering essential creative assets.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience – Previous graphic design experience, ideally within retail, lifestyle or outdoor brands
  • Passion & Energy – Enthusiastic about design, sustainability, and outdoor adventures
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design tools.
  • Attention to Detail – A keen eye for precision, ensuring artwork is always brand-aligned and high-quality.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong written and verbal skills, with a proactive and professional approach to teamwork.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving – Curious, resourceful, and able to find solutions within design constraints.
  • Adaptability & Efficiency – Comfortable working within set timeframes while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Artwork Development – Create on-brand, high-quality artwork that aligns with briefs, production specs, and deadlines.
  • Artwork Support – Adapt creative assets for various formats, manage workload efficiently, and support production needs, various formats, including signage, EDMs, and web.
  • Organisation & Communication – Ensure timely delivery of assets, keep stakeholders informed, and collaborate effectively.
  • Brand Compliance & Process Adherence – Maintain brand integrity, follow guidelines, and ensure artwork accuracy.
