Job Summary: We seek a reliable and organized Mail Clerk to join our team. The Mail Clerk will handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and support the administrative team with various tasks.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, scanners, and postage meters.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or similar clerical role is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, including letters, packages, and other documents.
  • Maintain an organized mailroom, ensuring all supplies are stocked and mail is sorted efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding mail services and provide excellent customer service.
  • Track and manage shipping and receiving records.
  • Coordinate with courier services for special deliveries and pickups.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
