Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions
- Process a high volume of mail surveys daily with speed and accuracy.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience assisting a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Experience learning project-specific requirements
- One year of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting
- Capable of handling general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit & stand for long periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. The Mailroom Clerk/Associate position spends part of their day on their feet and the other part sitting down, either processing postal mail or working on a computer. We are looking for a high energy person to perform the mailroom process.
Environmental Conditions: General office conditions with proper lighting and ventilation. This position is an on-site position at 5610 Rowland Road, Suite 160, Minnetonka, MN 55343. This position can’t be done remotely.

Responsibilities:
THE MAILROOM CLERK PERFORMS A VARIETY OF FUNCTIONS. TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Extract surveys from envelopes on the Opex, automated envelope opening equipment.
- Sort the mail by project, version or language, which requires familiarity with all projects/envelopes and their individual mailroom processing requirements.
- Unfold surveys following project-specific processes and with efficiency.
- Process a high volume of mail surveys daily with speed and accuracy.
- Box and tub surveys when data capture is complete.
- Organize boxes or tubs of surveys to prepare for high-volume paper recycling and shredding days.
- Move boxes in warehouse between upper and lower bays and between onsite & off-site storage areas.
- Update storage documentation as boxes are added to and removed from the production floor to the onsite warehouse.
- Scan/Wand barcodes from surveys into Excel databases using handheld barcode readers.
- Loading and unloading the van with mail trays, tubs and boxes
- Extract surveys & incentives from envelopes manually when they can’t be processed on the Opex, automated envelope opening machine and report accurate quantities.
- Assist with post office mail pick-ups on high-volume days and serve as a backup driver when needed.
DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Enter alpha and numeric data from scanned images into a computer following project-specific instructions at a production speed.
- Support the Mailroom & Data Capture team as needed and with special projects.
- Other related tasks as assigned by management
