Mailroom Clerk

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a quick learner and energetic.
• The assignment length is anticipated to be 12 weeks.
• There will be considerable time spent walking & standing. Use of mail cart, postage meter, computer and a small scale for weighing packages.
• Mailroom and/or copy center experience preferred. Job duties require physical agility and stamina.

• Sorting of inbound USPS and inter-office mail and packages for a publicly held company.
• Hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
• Distributing mail and packages to various locations on the corporate campus using a mail cart. Operating a postage meter to apply postage to outbound mail.
• Utilize FedEx Ship Manager software for shipping requests.
