WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As a Mailroom Clerk in the Business Support Services Division, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the HUB International team. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our Burnaby Still Creek location in a Regular Full-Time position.
Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Provide an organized, clean, and tidy environment, while efficient at carrying out duties
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Work well in a structured professional environment
  • Basic experience with MS Word and Outlook Physical requirements - lift heavy articles above head while shelving, up to 40 lbs - Push mail cart, file boxes
