Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Operate mail processing equipment (e.g., postage meters, scanners).
  • Log and track packages, certified mail, and priority shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of mail and package delivery.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Coordinate with courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
  • Maintain mailroom supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with internal mail distribution and delivery.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive mail.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of mailroom or administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of postal regulations and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
