Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist Maintenance department in various daily operations and office support.
Complete daily time confirmations in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Update and close work orders / notifications upon completion. Sourcing suppliers (vendors) and processing invoices.
Managing storeroom and inventory Coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities.
Manage maintenance PM documents and files. Assist Planner / Scheduler to handle scheduled breaks and material ordering.
Day shift Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Skillset- Well-organized Courteous Reliable. Must have own transportation.
Strong work ethic.
Productivity Professionalism Problem-solving and critical thinking skills,good computer skills, interpersonal and communication skills Customer focus and Discretion.
Multitasking ability Teamwork and collaboration skills.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) SAP or other CMMS.
