The Kepak Group are looking to recruit the right person for a permanent Maintenance Administrator role to join our team in Ballybay .
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administration / document control experience essential.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other common software tools.
  • Strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, energetic and self-motivated.
  • Understanding of document and revision control.
  • This is a high-pressure environment so applicant would need experience working to tight deadlines under pressure. Initiative and capability of working by oneself or part of a team.
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and ability to challenge status quo.
  • A high level of analytical, methodology and time management skills required.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
  • Familiarity with ISO standards advantageous.
  • Be able to negotiate pricing
  • Control Engineering Budget
  • Excellent level of English – written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • General duties that impact the smooth running of the maintenance department
  • Engaging with suppliers and contractors
  • Ordering back up stock.
  • End to End Purchasing of engineering spares and services.
  • CMMS input and upkeep
  • Manage weekly and monthly maintenance reporting requirements
  • Compile required reports from CMMS and others as required
  • Assist with the management of the safe work permit system
  • Requesting and receiving RAMS from contractors and planning scheduled work
  • Up keep of site engineering compliance folder
  • Assist with site audit requests
  • Work closely with Technicians to ensure that all purchase and stores procedures are followed
  • Compiling weekly/monthly reports on department activity and finances.
