Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of managing maintenance suppliers contracted by the company.
- Define and implement the annual plan for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment within the distribution center.
- Ensure coordination with different functional areas of the company by informing, communicating, and planning maintenance work in and around the building in advance.
- Oversee all maintenance work carried out by external entities.
- Coordinate various tasks including installation, maintenance, repairs, technical assistance, or facility visits.
- Compile and analyze maintenance, hygiene, and safety indicators, suggesting improvements and coordinating their implementation.
- Develop and enhance the physical conditions and well-being of employees, as well as the specialties inherent to the smooth operation of the facility.
- Support the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, procedures and SOP.
- Work directly with the facility’s safety and health coordination department.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD:
- Be curious.
- Possess a Level 4 certification in occupational health and safety required.
- Possess a sense of responsibility, critical thinking, organization, and management skills.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Demonstrate good analytical and planning abilities.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Be available and flexible with schedules.
- Candidates with knowledge in occupational health and safety are preferred.
