DV Therapy Inc provides ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.
We are seeking a versatile and reliable individual to fill the role of Maintenance and Security Officer. This unique position combines the responsibilities of both maintenance and security to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including maintenance, security, and customer service abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in both maintenance and security roles.
• Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or security is a plus.

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry work.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or employees in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and structural problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, storage rooms, and common areas.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects.

SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment for employees, tenants, and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches and take appropriate action.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors by answering inquiries and assisting with directions or information.
• Complete detailed reports documenting security incidents, maintenance activities, and daily operations.
