THE POSITION

To uphold our “brand quality standard”, we are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to oversee operations at one of our exceptional European campsites. A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all guest accommodations are safe, functional, clean, and fully equipped. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, repair, and customer service while building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

• Check accommodations to make sure they meet standards and carry out repair and maintenance tasks inside and outside the units.
• Keep stock levels of tools and parts required for maintenance tasks.
• Perform various repairs on mobile homes, such as fixing windows, shower stalls, and other issues.
• Complete quality checks and grading of mobile homes throughout the season.
• Communicate effectively to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers that improves the customer experience.
• Take on other tasks as requested by the local management team.
