• Working under the instruction of the Maintenance Manager
• Carrying out maintenance tasks when required
• Carrying out any interior jobs when required, i.e painting etc
• General tidiness of all exterior areas; litter picking etc
• Supporting garden maintenance when required
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety
