POSITION SUMMARY

We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Maintenance Associate to join our Engineering team.

As our new Maintenance Associate, you will:

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition of parts and supplies as needed
• Perform general repair and painting and decorating tasks
• Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories;
• Air condition and refrigeration
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Plumbing
• Pneumatic / electronic systems and controls
• Carpentry and finish skills
• Energy conservation
