Maintenance Co-Ordinator

at  GOODVIEW GARDENING LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION

To provide administrative role and co-ordination support to maintenance / project team
Co-ordination between customers and clients for scheduling of maintenance / Landscape works
Co-ordinate Landscape work for maintenance team
Answering in-coming phone calls and perform general office duties as and when required
Prepare quotation and to handle customer enquiries
To manage and supervise workers in all horticultural operations, tree pruning and removal works and maintenance.
Lead the execution and coordination of landscaping works and landscape maintenance works.
Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
Attend and coordinate to clients’ requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.
Conduct monthly site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
Prepare site reports to detail observation and recommendations to be submitted monthly internally and externally.
Establish reporting norms for supervisor and gardeners to follow and to report site progress and issues
