Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible MCC Duty Manager (m/f/x) to perform the following tasks:
- You are able to provide information on the technical status of the aircraft in Leipzig and the EAT outstations at any time and conduct operational discussions with the involved departments
- You will supervise the regular preparation of layover and AOG reports and that all important information from the reporting systems is available during shift handovers.
- You take over the shift management in terms of planning, monitoring and revising the tasks and activities of the maintenance staff and ensure that the safety regulations and human factors aspects are followed by all.
- You ensure that all aviation regulations (LBA / EASA) and other approved EAT internal procedures (such as MOE, CAME) or those of the respective operator are complied with.
- You will coordinate between the involved departments in case of an AOG, to resolve actions to fix the AOG.
- You are the single point of contact for EAT customers (operators) and the point of contact for events in the hangar (e.g., arrival of contractors or visitors)
- You assume responsibility for technical operations in the absence of the management team
- You control and check the order folders and the timely return of all paperwork
