One of the core tasks of the MCC is to ensure the smooth operation of all DHL and customer aircraft. The MCC Professional supports the MCC Duty Manager and Coordinators team in their daily administrative tasks.

• Review of all aircraft documents from EAT stations as well as contracted outstations with EAT personnel
• Ensuring that all documents arrive at the MCC/MOC complete and correct before departure
• Data entry into the utilized MRO software program (TRAX, AMOS), e.g., MDDR positions, TLB entries, spare parts information
• Organization of business trips for technical personnel, including the application for airport passes/hotels and handling social security and tax matters within one’s own Part 145, together with the MCC team
• Ensuring documentation and reporting for the MCC Duty Manager and MCC Manager
• Administrative tasks for the MCC team Following process efficiency and suggesting process improvements
• Control and supervision of third-party companies during activities within EAT
• Organizational tasks within the MCC
• Reviewing paperwork quality in Leipzig.
