Maintenance Coordinator

• To provide administrative role and co-ordination support to maintenance / project team
• Co-ordination between customers and clients for scheduling of maintenance / Landscape works
• Co-ordinate Landscape work for maintenance team
• Answering in-coming phone calls and perform general office duties as and when required
• Prepare quotation and to handle customer enquiries
• To manage and supervise workers in all horticultural operations, tree pruning and removal works and maintenance.
• Lead the execution and coordination of landscaping works and landscape maintenance works.
• Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
• Attend and coordinate to clients’ requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.
• Conduct monthly site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
• Prepare site reports to detail observation and recommendations to be submitted monthly internally and externally.
• Establish reporting norms for supervisor and gardeners to follow and to report site progress and issues.
