Description:

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent level of experience
  • Minimum of six years prior relevant experience
  • Working knowledge and experience of maintenance management and planning system tools and processes.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance planning in a defence or other highly regulated environment.
  • An ability to gather, manipulate and analyse data to support data-based decision making for internal and external reporting.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements, with appropriate stakeholder management.
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and/or external stakeholders in a way which generates business benefit whilst maintaining key relationships.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

  • Technical knowledge of relevant platform systems
  • An understanding of configuration management and asset management principles
  • Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent level of experience

Due to growth in the Capability Lifecycle Manager (CLCM) program an exciting opportunity is now available for Maintenance Co-ordinator based at Henderson WA.

The Maintenance Co-ordinator is accountable to the Operational Support Project Manager for development and proactive management of maintenance requirements across the vessel’s lifecycle – underpinning the availability of the vessels to Navy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise work load so the tasks are completed effectively, to a high standard, safely and in a timely manner.
  • Deliver technical support to users and staff (either in-person or remotely).
  • Investigate and ensure support systems operate smoothly.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
  • Raise new tasks or modifying existing tasks in the maintenance planning environment to support new or emergent requirements.
