Pinnacle Group are looking for a hardworking Maintenance Coordinator to support the Hard FM Manager in all Hard FM related operations across up to 7 schools within the Swindon area. You willbe joining the Facilities Management team based in Swindon. Your responsibilities will include taking responsibility for the year long planner, booking in contractors and ensuring all reports are filled in correctly and manage and maintain the system. You will need to be reliable, analytical with an eye for details.
This is a full time role operating within the core hours of Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordination of all Hard Services requirements under direction of the Hard FM Manager
- Collating and reviewing Specialist providers documentation and filing them accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
- Upkeep, track and monitor the consistency of the PPM Plan and databas.
- Help facilitate clear communication between all contract stakeholders
Key requirements:
- Previous scheduling/coordinating contractors experience within facilities management
- Enhanced DBS required
- Understanding and knowledge Building Management Systems
- Experience of Microsoft packages
