Description:
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functions of M&E, Health Care and Laboratories repair & maintenance
- Overseeing the testing commissioning of the Project.
- Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance budget
- Prepare monthly maintenance report and periodic budget requirement
- Responsible for retention and development of all maintenance staffs
- Undertaking regular safety risk assessment
- Achieve maintenance efficiency, productivity & utilization
- Scout, propose & carry out suitable service & maintenance contract
- Liaising with contractors on project schedule, quotation and monitoring their work to ensure value for money
- Implement best practices, standard and procedure in all maintenance functionalities
- Involving & implementing of improvement projects to improve productivity, efficiency and cost saving
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and above in Electrical/Mechanical
- At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance/project improvement /facilities of Health Care
