As part of our global Asset Management (AM) team you will be based at our Boddington mine site. Boddington is WA’s largest gold mine and is the world’s first autonomous open pit gold operation utilising a fleet of 793F Haul Trucks.
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will provide subject matter expertise and engineering support for key global programs such as Full Potential, Operate for Reliability (O4R), defect elimination, asset integrity, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Support site teams in implementing recommendations from Reliability Engineers and specialised global programs including Hydrocarbon Management and Asset Integrity.
  • Develop solutions for gaps or challenges relating to maintenance engineering support.
  • Provide technical support to site AM teams for complex tasks, vendor selection, and inspections.
  • Train site personnel on AM programs, hydrocarbon management, and condition monitoring.
  • Lead inspections and root cause analysis investigations at site.
  • Maintain a proactive personal commitment to Safety, and Environmental and Social Responsibility practices.
