Due to a recent influx in work Complete FM Solutions Ltd are looking to hire a Property Maintenance Engineer to support their team in the North East.
Complete FM currently provide property maintenance services for a vast array of sectors, some of these include: , Commercial Property and Private Rental Properties… We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our housing maintenance team with immediate start dates available.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: -

The position will involve the following skills:

• An understanding of property maintenance (trade qualifications preferred)
• Willingness to learn and undertake tasks
• Flexibility and commitment
• Punctual and Professional with the ability to work to a deadline when set.

The position has the below requirements:

• Valid UK Drivers License
• Preferably have own tools for use- but not essential
• Previous Experience
• References upon request
• Basic IT Understanding
• Excellent Customer Facing Skills
• Good communication and flexibility

Experience:

• property maintenance: 2 years (required

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: Varied - flexibility is a must to meet client’s expectations.
Salary: £12.50 - £15.00 ph
