POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an Intern position to join our Maintenance Team here in Pomezia Plant. He/She will support the Maintenance Associate Manager in the execution of activities needed to performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. He/She will support the execution of equipment qualification. He/She will Observe on the floor maintenance processes to collaborate on the improvement studies in the areas of Maintenance efficiency, process control, employee safety and environmental impact in a lean environment.

EDUCATION DEGREE

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Robotic or Chemical Engineering preferred
  • Project leadership & technical skills
  • Interest in maintenance and facility engineering department
  • Ability to learn and comprehend the fundamentals of the functioning of machines
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Good Knowledge of English (Minimum B1)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical, pneumatic and electrical equipment. Collect and analyze maintenance data, evaluate trend and execute root cause analysis.
  • Support the implementation of a corrective maintenance program in all the production machines and equipment in an efficient manner that would allow a better utilization of these assets of the company
  • Support the development of plans, design of experiments, and schedules for establishing maintenance processes.
  • Support the installation, qualification and startup of new equipment/system.
  • Monitoring and analysis of water purification system.
  • Support for the completing daily, weekly and monthly checklists on equipment maintenance procedures and maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and warehouse.
  • Supervising external suppliers.
  • Generates a weekly and monthly report showing the most critical machines and equipment down.
