We are now recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join our team, based on our customer site of MASCOT in Engesvang, Denmark.
MASCOT maintains one of Europe’s largest stocks of workwear. Over 5 million products, divided among 30 000+ item numbers, are ready for dispatch. We have a very high delivery rate and offer day-to-day deliveries to Denmark and northern Germany, and typically within a few days to the rest of the world. MASCOT’s finished goods warehouse is a highly effective unit with goods receipt, quality control, packing and shipping.
Main Responsibilities
- You will execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, resolve complex breakdown situations and electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification
- You actively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on TGW-supplied equipment and software
- You will ensure high levels of housekeeping, and never compromise on safety
- You suggest any continuous improvement activities that will increase the reliability of TGW and support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency
- You complete all necessary reports, including those for shift maintenance tasks, spare parts usage, and top loss, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms
- You will continually improve the performance of the equipment through avenues such as top loss activities and design modifications
- You attend customer meetings, providing any updates on the automation
About You
- You have an electrical or engineering qualification or you’re highly skilled mechanical qualified
- You have previous experience working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment and you’re skilled in reading electrical drawings
- You are customer focused
- You have the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
- You have good problem-solving skills and able to work in a time-critical environment
- You are available to work flexible in a 3 shift pattern:
- Monday - Thursday: between 07:00 and 16:00
- Friday: between 07:00 and 14:00
- Saturday: 2 out of 3 Saturdays you will work between 07:00 and 14:00 (compensated with another day off through weekdays)
