• Mechanical & Electrical Balance: You may have more experience in one area, but we welcome a mix of mechanical and electrical skills, just like Jared Pickering, who transitioned smoothly from the automotive sector to food processing.

• Plant Maintenance: Ensure the smooth running of production by swiftly responding to breakdowns and managing proactive maintenance.
• Upgrades & Installation: Support equipment upgrades and installations to improve overall efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with relevant departments, ensuring seamless handovers and smooth operations.
• Health & Safety: Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and company regulations to promote a safe working environment.
