Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - (Days)
Location: Lincoln
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £45,864 + 5% bonus scheme
Hours: Panama Shift - 3’s & 2’s Days Only

Responsibilities:
- Keep Things Running: Carry out fault-finding, problem-solving, and planned and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
- Prioritize Production: Respond to internal production needs efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Safety First: Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety standards, maintaining accurate and audit-ready documentation at all times.
- Drive Improvements: Be part of the cultural shift by identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance health & safety, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Work on a Variety of Equipment: You’ll be involved with maintaining a wide range of machinery from manufacturing to packaging systems.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Engineer: Apprentice-trained with a formal electrical engineering qualification and a strong background in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Electrical & Mechanical Skills: Proven experience in fault-finding across both mechanical and electrical systems, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Qualifications Matter: Ideally, you’ll have NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, 18th Edition Electrical, and an IOSH qualification. PLC fault analysis experience is a plus!
