JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Operations team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for a driven and customer-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Denmark and Tetra Pak Danmark A/S. You will be responsible to deliver technical products and support to our customers by providing corrective, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services. The position is office based and will be part of a bigger international team. We deliver technical services all over Denmark and within North Europe when needed. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager for Denmark. The position entails 60-70% (depending on personal location) travelling.
Responsibilities:
1.Participate in preparing customer site for installations events , assesmbling machines and conveyers
2.Participate in the installation of relevant re building kits according to procedure and reinstate equipment into production environment
3.Use of TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance, correct work
4.Good Knowledge and understanding of relevant technical documentation
5.Proactively contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding business development of customers
6.Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
7. Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.
