Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion health, safety, environmental regulations, deliver Maintenance Excellence with the engineering team, inspire a food safety and quality mindset at site.
- Use SAP PM to develop, plan and implement preventative & corrective maintenance programs in line with departmental strategy
- Identify opportunities for process and operational improvement and efficiency gains with a Lean mindset, and implements best practices
- Manages the delivery of targets to ensure the department achieves its goals.
- Leads the team with Root Cause techniques and coordinates effective resource prioritisation in consultation with other functional leads.
- Ensures that the department complies with Arla Foods’ standards and policies as well as the applicable law.
- Leads, coaches and develops colleagues based on good leadership and core values.
- Is a role model for digital transformation, works with data driven decision making and promotes a digital mindset within the team Contributes to process confirmation to support the APS transformation.
- Monitor and analyse maintenance metrics and KPIs, communicates effectively to report on status of lines and equipment.
- Procure and manage maintenance supplies and equipment, optimising resource allocation and utilisation
- Completes and updates plant maintenance records complying with all departmental procedures.
- Defines resources required, work planning and employee scheduling.
- Performs all activities in accordance with company and statutory requirements in order to provide a safe and compliant workplace.
- Embraces and ensures that Arla Digital WOW is communicated and embedded within the department.
