Maintenance/Environmental Services Tech

Louisville Care Center is looking for a qualified and self motivated Maintenance/Environmental Services Tech to join our team!
This is a Part time position with capabilities of becoming Full Time with the right candidiate. Hours would float mostly between housekeeping and Maintenance and occasionally Laundry.
The ideal candidate would be extremely detail-oriented and possess an in depth knowledge in both maintenance and have a mechanical background.
Responsiblities:
Maintenance Tech is responsible for facility preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary, complete facility work orders, plan and complete minor construction, assist and recommend purchases of supplies and equipment, remove snow, and other grounds functions. Complete documentation as necessary.
Environmental Services is responsible for the scheduled cleaning and sanitizing of residents’ rooms, hallways, and common areas. This includes at a minimum dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and disinfecting areas to prevent the spread of germs and infections.
Sorting linens, towels, clothing and other laundry items by color, size and material. Wrapping laundry items for delivery to residents and hospitality guests. Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols.
