MAINTENANCE INVENTORY CLERK QUALIFICATIONS:

• High level of attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Maintenance parts and process knowledge preferred.
• Experienced administrative background.
• A strong communicator and contributing team member.
• Positive approach to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Must be flexible to take on additional tasks to assist company.
  Qualifications:

• Receive all MRO supplies and deliver to proper requestor or place in proper storage location.
• Complete all SAP transactions to maintain accurate MRO inventory, requisition parts, and highly-functional maintenance management system.
• This role will work for Maintenance Scheduler, supporting all maintenance scheduling activities, reporting, and work order management. This will be largely an administrative role, however this role will require direct interface with maintenance teams to track work order completion, proper administrative transactions and parts location. This role will support kitting for upcoming jobs.
• Manage MRO parts control inventory, including inventory audits, and inventory quantity administration.
• This role will support operations team; conducting operating supplies and tooling periodic inventories. The role will create purchase requisitions and reorders in support of maintaining inventory levels to support operations
