- Salary range for Maintenance Manager is $195,747 - $143,620k / year and is based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Program Development: Candidates should have experience in developing and optimizing maintenance programs and schedules.
- Desirable Skills: Project management experience is desired, along with leadership and expertise in promoting team buy-in to proposed solutions.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as precision and agility in handling projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP is considered an asset. Mechanical, electrical,& instrumentation skills are a must
