Maintenance Manager

We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Manager to join our successful and growing business. This is a permanent full time position.

• Report to the Group Engineering Manager with ongoing or upcoming issues.
• Attend Weekly/Monthly Production and Operations Meetings to deal with site related issues.
• Ensure effective cover for the production team for breakdowns and preventative maintenance tasks to be completed onsite.
• Provide guidance and support to the Maintenance team and ensure correct systems, procedures and policies are met.
• Respond to any site emergencies or breakdowns as or when required.
• Generate and implement Maintenance systems for the site.
• Liaise with Group Engineering Manager with ongoing and upcoming projects, research and development.
• Monitor and raise purchase orders for the site.
• Ensure spend is kept within their repair budget when possible, and keep adequate spare parts is onsite.
• Responsible for all engineering activities onsite.
