JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager/Engineer specialized in the maintenance and repair of Sino, Hyundai & Howo trucks, as well as Toyota 4-runners & Highlander cars. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the fleet.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• B.Eng. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Membership in professional bodies such as NSE, COREN is a MUST.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Ibadan.

  Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per mont

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for trucks and cars.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and recommend repairs.
• Supervise a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and cost management.
• Ensure timely servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with procurement for spare parts acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental standards.
