As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets. Your role includes acquiring resources, coordinating teams, and managing contractors to ensure successful project delivery. You’ll define objectives, maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and be accountable for quality, schedule, and cost. In this leadership role, you will also mentor and guide the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting a safe and responsible worksite, and ensure that the employees are aware of our commitment to our client
- Working proactively with workers to eliminate safety incidents, track hazards and safety concerns
- Ensuring the project team adheres to the quality assurance and quality control guidelines.
- Directing and managing maintenance pan development from beginning to end.
- Participating and submitting operational budgets and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Monitoring maintenance activities, ensuring compliance to Flint and stakeholder’s safety and policy and procedure guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise maintenance team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Utilize and develop best practices for maintenance execution and management
